SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Signature Subscription

This monthly subscription comprises of 5 classes per month at Exhale Pilates London for a monthly fee of £150.

The agreement runs for a minimum of 3 months from the start date and cannot be terminated, cancelled or paused before this time. It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or Exhale Pilates London. Written cancellation is required with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Pro Subscription

This monthly subscription comprises of 10 classes per month at Exhale Pilates London for a monthly fee of £275.

If any additional classes are taken within the specified billing month, they will be charged to the card on file at a rate of £27.50 per class.

The agreement runs for a minimum of 3 months from the start date and cannot be terminated, cancelled or paused before this time. It will automatically be renewed for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either the client or Exhale Pilates London. Written cancellation is required with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Subscription Conditions

• Subscriptions are charged and activated immediately on the date of purchase, meaning they commence from that date.
• Classes cannot be frozen or extended.
• Classes are valid at all three Exhale Pilates London studios.
• Subscriptions cannot be shared.
• Subscriptions cannot be refunded.
• Additional add-on classes can be purchased at the subscription rate.
